"Location is great, lots of nearby shops and restaurants, beautiful lake which is a 2min walk. Easy communication with the host, very spacious flat, good value for money but the carpet and curtains were not very clean."

"We (family of 5) had a great stay at LYV Apartments in early April 2026. The rooms are very nice, kitchen has everything you need and the host if easy to communicate with (both direct and via app). The area is nice and vibrant, with good and easy access to U-Bahn. We also appreciated the parking options in the backyard. All in all a big recommendation, and we will defintely be back!"
