"Or stay was wonderful. Upon our arrival, the hotel upgraded our room which was a pleasant surprise. We had a patio with a view of the pool. The oils are heated, a great plus for the kids. Only thing that was disappointing was Cafe Milano. The food was awful. We spent $140 on 3 meals and a kids meal. My husband got the ribeye and didn’t eat it, said the load baked potatoes was good. I got the chicken fried steak and it was so tough I couldn’t chew it. It was our only options as the other places we tried need reservation and were full. We will definitely stay there the Peppermill again and be sure to get reservations early on."

"We reserved a room online, just 30 minutes from arriving. We checked in and found a wonderful room waiting for us. I especially liked the electrical outlets and USB charging ports in the bedside lamps. The refrigerator and microwave were a big plus for us. This hotel also has a very large ice machine, and I was invited to fill my ice chest if needed. The breakfast was a treat—fresh waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage, fruit, cereal, muffins, something for everyone. We would gladly stay there again."

"I loved that the property did not have a smoke filled casino and was very peaceful in spite of being located right next to the signature RENO sign. I did NOT like that a festival kept us from the self-parking garage and we had to pay for valet. We loved that the restaurant opened at 6:30 for an early breakfast which was excellent. I was confused by the front desk people saying there was security along the riverwalk when instead there were homeless people abounding. Beautiful riverwalk but we wouldn't eat along there as it would have us walking along in the dark. Sleeping room on the 14th floor was away from all noise, wonderfully spacious, great view and cute wallpaper in the bathroom. I would recommend this highly."
