"-The room was very spacious and clean. -The locale was great (close to Lake Tahoe and Carson City for touring) -The casino floor was the largest I have ever seen -Could have done without all the smoking. Coming from the East Coast where Delaware and New York casinos are all non-smoking, Pennsylvania has some non-smoking casinos and others are striving to follow suit. New Jersey currently has looming law suits for class action lawsuits where the employees are trying to get casinos to be non-smoking. Beautiful place but I would ditch the smoking. It is a health risk (75% of all smokers die from cancer, second hand and third hand smoke is just as dangerous as primary smoking) and it is unnecessary. If you want to kill yourself, take it outside. It also makes no sense...you prohibit people from smoking in the rooms but they can smoke on the floors. You prohibit people from smoking outside while they wait for the shuttle buses but they can smoke indoors on the floor. -The skywalk was a pain as well. Why do we have to keep going up to the third floor to walk across the skywalk just to get to the elevator to go down to two? It would help to find a way to take the elevator from the floor right to all the floors without having to follow the maze to get to the correct room. - The hot tubs and pool were nice. It was nice to have choices with three of each and having different temps and varying pressures. - The proximity to Virginia Lake was awesome."

"The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with something we didn't like. We did not use amenities so we did not know how to judge that. However we did appreciate the flavored non sugar acai water available at the breakfast bar."

"This is an absolutely lovely hotel, conveniently located. I believe it is a pet-friendly hotel. The music venue next door offers an exciting night. The restaurant is a solid choice for breakfast. The staff was very kind and helpful. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Reno."

"I came to the property straight from a medical procedure, earlier than expected. Staff found me a room that would work, which worked for me! Two Chicks, the on-site restaurant, serves creative locally sourced egg dishes. First class. For dinner the nearby Great Basin brewpub, also with local creativity infusing a deep menu, is reliably excellent . Skiers upon Slide Mountain will like Aiden."
