"Fantastic staff from check-in (slightly early with no additional charge/friendly & helpful), to wait staff, to check-out. Biggest negative was Bus Stop 15 does not exist anymore due to construction. IF it ever returns will be no earlier than 2027. "

Rooms were clean, modern, efficient. Nothing excessive, just well done. There’s a small but functional gym and a sauna, which honestly hits after a long day in Icelandic wind. You do not need a commercial gym. You need somewhere to move a little and then sweat. And the real sleeper perk is Deig in the lobby. Elite bakery. It sells out for a reason. If you see something you want, commit early. Would absolutely stay there again. Perfect basecamp for cold-weather adventures."
