"The location is great. The room was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. However I didn't notice when booking how small the single room was as well as the lack of usual amenities like a coffee machine in the room. Overall it was a good stay. The room size was the main surprise given the cost; however it is Zurich"

"Small but very clean. They make it really easy for guest. No receptionist. Close to transportation and museum. They also have a locker for free that you can put your luggage if it is still early for your flight so you can still enjoy Zurich surrounding and eat before you proceed. Accessible and look safe."

"Very good location to be able to explore Zurich. My only comment is to be aware that the bathroom in the room (at least that we stayed in) may not be what western cultures are used to. Sliding glass doors allow ALL sounds to echo into the room! Lol! If you are not modest, it may not be a big deal for you."

"Our stay at this hotel was amazing. It was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was not worth that much honestly, Most importantly, the front desk staff were wonderful , Haida was very knowledgeable about the area and extremely helpful.The location was very convenient and accessible to everything, especially the to the downtown and. Subway main one , but when you get of the subway, because the street is under the construction you are getting lots for first time. Vet nice to ancc to the coffee 24 hours a day. Oh I have to tell I was in one bedroom with 3 beds in new building just off the main road! When our flight was canceled and Rome was already booked for next day , staff was nice and booked other room but in different building ( which is older ) I am thankful for that Which saved us to not move out from that street to somewhere else but that old building our room was extremely small and uncomfortable,( it was just ok for one night) . Highly recommend staying on new building ."
