"I had a very good stay at this hotel and overall I am very satisfied with the experience. One thing I really appreciated was that the hotel accommodated my request to change my room to a quieter one without any issues. This made a big difference to my comfort during the stay. I would especially like to mention the receptionist who assisted me on my arrival ( young, blonde lady sorry I forgot ur name ). She was exceptional — very kind, friendly, welcoming, and extremely professional. She made the check-in process smooth and left a great first impression. The other receptionists were not quite at the same level, but they were still polite and helpful overall. The location of the hotel is perfect, very convenient and close to everything you may need. Another highlight was the daily cleaning service, which was excellent. The room was cleaned perfectly every day . Breakfast was okay. There was a reasonable selection, although I think there is still some room for improvement. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and I would definitely consider staying here again."
