"I had a pleasant stay at the Bristol Hotel Zurich. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They provided excellent recommendations for places to visit in the city and kindly upgraded my room, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, catering to different tastes and preferences. The hotel’s location was also convenient for exploring Zurich. I would also like to thank Expedia for making the booking process smooth and straightforward. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would happily stay here again."

"The hotel was in a very good location, very close to everything. The hotel room and bathroom were very small, but I understand, that is normal for Europe. We arrived a the hotel around 11 am, our room wasn't ready yet. We were able to leave our luggage and walk around. We came back at 2:45 pm and the room was still not ready. We were told to come back in 15 min. We did come back in 15 min and the room was ready."

"The large family room overlooked the bustling actuaries although it was very quiet in the room. The king bed was comfortable. The tiny bathroom was a little inconvenient as well as the high step to enter/exit the shower. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and the breakfast staff was super friendly to start each day. The location is superb to walk everywhere unless you prefer riding the many street trams at reasonable rates. Close to great restaurants and shopping in Old Town. Just wish it hadn’t rained!"

"Check in was very easy and straightforward, receptionist was helpful. Reception closes at 2000 which I feel is too early any delay travel to Zurich is not really catered for. The room was spacious and had a large comfortable bed with a very good large shower. No room tea/coffee facilities were available. Tea/coffee was available just off the reception at any time as long as the machine was working, not really convenient if you are on the upper floors - I was on the 6th floor. The staff were all very nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a vegetarian buffet and whilst adequate was a bit limited. The hotel is very convenient and close to shops and restaurants and a 5 minute walk from the main station"

"This is an excellent location in Zurich. This is old town, great restaurants and shopping. Sit along the water and enjoy watching the swans and a cocktail. Staff are great..breakfast is amazing...everything you would want. The only down..was no AC but they provided fans and opening the windows and it was fine. Slept very well. I would definitely stay here again."
