"hotel was great for the location. in walking distance to the strip and other businesses on the East Parkway side of everything. i did see a giant roach on the ceiling of the room that did freak me out, but all things considered, this hotel is great for the location, but i would maybe consider staying elsewhere or in Pigeon Forge if roaches are a concern to you and your family."

"We absolutely love this hotel! Such a warm and happy place. The lobby/atrium with glass elevators is beautiful, and they have piano music playing. We love the indoor pool with water slide, hot tub, and huge windows with a great view. Breakfast buffet is great as well. Can’t wait to come back!"

"The Lodge is in a convenient location with a shuttle stop out front. It's about 1/4 mile up hill from the main drag. The staff were nice and helpful. We had a street facing room with a balcony that was very quiet. They have a very nice indoor pool area. They do have a lot of free parking especially in the back. There are a lot of bear in the area and they warn you not to leave food in cars. We saw one in the back parking lot 1 night. A contracted food service runs the dining area. I can't say anything good about it. For breakfast most guests go down the street."

"Lovely balcony with a view on the babbling river behind- you forget about the chaos of the main road for sure (we even saw a bear!)! Overall the property and room was very nice, high end finishes and nice touches throughout, such as a welcome note and a bottle of wine. That said, for a hotel marketed as a luxury (and Michelin) hotel, a few things didn’t meet our expectations, including an overwhelming smell of bleach/chlorine when we first entered the room (likely from cleaning the bathroom as it was all still wet on the floor), the shower was not clean and the door didn’t close, the air conditioner was SUPER loud, and the coffee maker did not work… these are the little things that make the difference between a luxurious hotel and a mediocre one, so I was a bit disappointed."

"Getting downtown was very walkable. The bed was super comfortable. There was a Kureig coffee maker but no K pods . You can hear pretty much everything out in the parking lot. So if you have a hard time sleeping, bring a white noise machine. I would stay there again."
