Amazing Stay on Valentines Day:)

The Host is amazing. We received the best breakfast and I recommend to stay here and Rockport is lovely. It is perfectly located near all the good spots:)

The host was very nice and the hotel was exactly as it was described. Peaceful, clean, decorated with the style and located in a very convenient area. My only complaint will be about the announcement on Expedia about the free breakfast. As it happened, breakfast is no longer served at the hotel since the beginning of the year 2025. The price for the night is pretty steep then. It wasn't a nice surprise and it has never happened to me before when booking with Expedia.

Fabulous! Very well kept, clean, comfortable bed and bedding, quiet, gracious host, and waking up to the smell of fresh baked breakfast treats was a treat. We would definitely stay here again!

You cannot fault the inside of the Inn. We were left very disappointed as they no longer did breakfast and we were not informed. We booked originally back in late 24 you would think that they would have advised us of the change. Please if you are expecting breakfast you will be disappointed and paying for something you will not receive. Not happy posting this but other guests should be made aware.

My husband and I stayed here with our parents and we really loved the staff and hotel. Our rooms were beautifully decorated and super clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay. The Addison Choate in Rockport is a beautiful boutique hotel. Owners are friendly and highly detailed oriented making our stay very special. The hotel is conveniently located to town and shoreline. Beds are super comfy, shower is amazing and toiletries a delightful!
