Her sweet, warm, and genuinely pleasant demeanor made every interaction feel personal and heartfelt. Her care and attention made us feel truly valued as guests. It’s rare to meet someone in hospitality who radiates such kindness while maintaining impeccable professionalism — she is a true gem. We also had the pleasure of meeting Mr. James, who surprised us with an incredible upgrade at no additional cost. This thoughtful gesture elevated our experience and allowed us to enjoy the beauty of Sugar Beach in an even more special way.
