I really enjoyed the hotel. The room was very comfortable, clean and cosy. The shower had hot water and it was also very clean. I was concerned about the water when I arrived at the hotel, due to previous reviews, but the receptionist assured me the problem was fixed, and she wasn't lying
Rossella was extremely kind when I had to change my arrival plans. she texted me and helped me out. Accommodation was very clean. I will definitely go back there.
It's a basic hotel, 15-20 minute walk from Roma Termini central station and to the center of Rome. The room is small, but it has a comfortable double bed, a mini fridge, good AC, TV and a kettle. Cleaning was provided every day.
They were able to accommodate me an extra night, which I appreciated very much.
The only drawback was that the walls are very thin and you can hear everybody in their rooms and corridor.
Visited Rome for a long weekend. Good location, quite central and quiet street. Comfortable bed and clean room. Not modern but good place to stay. Staff at reception very helpful and friendly, and cleaning staff were good and efficient. Overall would recommend
Amazing stay in Rome! The hotel is based within an apartment block with other hotels/ stays - one main reception in the building, quick and easy check in, we received a code to put in the lock box outside our hotel room and allowed self check in with a key.
It’s a nice place. People are nice , but the room was so tiny , was hard to move around , at first they gave me bad WiFi, then I tired the other one it’s very good , I don’t know why they gave me the bad ones first , overall is very good place and good neighborhood
The hotel has no sign outside, so I had to enter the building and find the "hidden" reception to confirm that i am in the right place. The stuff was friendly, the room was nice and right size for a person. The surrounding area is very nice with many restaurants around. Quite close to all major sightings. I liked it in general.

It was a decent property for the price but the instructions for check in was not clear. It is a confusing place. No one picks up the phone. Room was decent in size and it was clean.
Its an okay spot city center is close and there a good restorant in front of the hotels. Also the building has 6 hotels in one . So when you go there 1 floor is 1 hotel so you know and you need to catch a person working on reception but in total its okay place to stay. Basic, okay clean, nothing to fancy

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Mentioned to extremely nice lady at reception that air conditioning remote was not working to adjust ac. Also shower would by drain properly, leaving you standing in 2-3” of water. Bed was good. Pillows should be replaced. Good location. Nice quiet room. Thank you
Rosella the front desk manager was amazing!! She was so helpful and gave us great advise for tours and tickets to the Vatican. She spoke English and was so nice! We had a great stay the hotel is nice and clean and great and central. We walked everywhere in Rome no problem and it is close to the metro. I was scared after booking this hotel because of some of the bad reviews but don’t go by them. People are just not happy with anything. It was great for us! I will come back.
I will not recommend this property unless you are staying for a night. The room was dusty as it looked like it has never been vacummed. The matress was hard and it did not provide a restful sleep. The staff was nice as they provided useful information on hiw to get around Rome. Overall, i will not recommed this hotel to anyone.

Guys, please listen to the poor reviews of the place. I was lucky I only had to stay here one night. But, I was greeted by a man who didn’t look happy to be there at all, very unorganized and had a poor attitude until the end of the check in when he gave me a map and showed me some places to go. The only good thing I can say about the place is the location. Amazing location, and awesome view outside the balcony. But, as others have said, the bathroom smelled of piss, and water came pouring through the floor at around 730 pm. There is no phone in the room so I tried to go to the “front desk” and let them know but they had already closed for the day. Without recourse, I just soaked up the water with towels. It was a BIG MESS. Then, when I had gone outside to find the front desk, I saw all of the keys for all of the rooms had been left outside on a chair. Awful. Someone could have come in and came right into my room. I took my key off the ring and left the rest. That’s not it, guys. The shower was clogged and I kept having to stop it to keep it from overflowing onto the floor. At that point it was time to check out so I didn’t make a big deal of it. Again, location is amazing. But would I stay here again? No.
