"Staff was super friendly and the room was nicely cleaned. Breakfast was "small bites" but they had tummy croissants and some pastries as well as yogurt and coffee/tea. There's also a nice little cafe right across the street that serves delicious breakfast bagels and other breakfast if you need something bigger. Parking was kind of a hassle but that's for most places in SF "

"Make sure you don't book a room right next to the elevator shaft. Couldn't sleep due to noise!! Staff did nothing to accommodate me either."

"This was my first time staying at The Inn, and it was a complete nightmare. After checkout, I was shocked to see a $50 charge on my card for a “missing umbrella”. Something that was never in the room, that I did not take, and that was completely unnecessary on a sunny day. I spoke with multiple staff members, but each gave me the runaround. I asked to speak with a manager, but management was completely unreachable. The hotel’s handling of this charge was completely unacceptable. They have no system for resolving disputes, and guests are left running in circles for something that isn’t even their fault. Be very cautious if you stay here. Unexpected charges can appear on your bill with no way to resolve it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Vintage. Exactly as described. Even has the old school elevator that you have to close the caged door before it goes up. Continental breakfast was basic. I bought vanilla creamer from the market next door for coffee. If you drive anything bigger then a Honda civic, you’ll have to park off site and pay around $50/night "

"TERRIBLE MATTRESS. Need I say more? Also the bellman tried to rip us off with pride to the airport from his friend that was $20 more than a taxi or Lyft. Sleeping is the most important. The mattress was unacceptable. "
