"I recently stayed at this hotel for a getaway trip with my sister, and it was an exceptional experience. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay special with personalized touches. From the warm welcome greetings at check-in to the freshly-squeezed orange juice served by the Assistant Manager, Mr. Yamada of BRIDGES, during breakfast, every detail was thoughtfully handled.
We stayed on the Club Floor, which included access to the Club Lounge, adding an extra layer of comfort to our visit. The attentiveness of the staff was truly impressive—they genuinely care about making every guest's stay memorable and pay close attention to customer preferences, especially for special occasions.
I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and dedication to creating a remarkable experience for its guests.
