"I have to admit I was disappointed this trip. I understand you get what you pay for but this was alot. I’ve been coming here for years, even through the name change and I’ve noticed it’s going downhill throughout the years but I’m loyal so stay. But I’ve come to decision that I’m not gonna stay here anymore. I went about two weeks ago and there was not a shower curtain in that room. This time the phone did not work. The smoke detector was not attached to the ceiling. It was on the shelf. The furniture in the front room was stained. The light did not work either, and there was only one remote to two TVs, which only worked on one. Not to mention the microwave. The glass in the microwave does not fit so when you try to heat things up, it’s a constant banging sound every time it turns. Its the perfect location to stay at when going to a San Antonio Spurs game but sadly its gone downhill. This app is not letting me add the pictures I took to show you otherwise you could see what I saw."

We had to go to a different hotel to get the keys The elevator was hard to find Curtains had multiple holes letting the light in the room Sink water would splash everywhere Train woke us up in the morning Sheets were rough Overall decent enough for the price and give points because they left enough towels and toilet paper and it was clean"

"Please please I beg you if you are reading this review, Never stay here. The worst motel in the world. Next to the highway and train tracks and loud noise all day and night. You won’t be able to sleep at all. Nothing in this hotel is good. Every dollar you spend here is a waste. There are bed bugs, rats in the room, and the toilet does not work.please stay away, Even if you get a good deal it is not worth it. Every dollar you spend elsewhere might be worth more. Sick dirty dangerous place."

"We switched 3 rooms in the beginning of our stay, the first 216 smelled like marijuana definitely didn’t want to sleep smelling it all night long, 208 the bed was nasty and traces of bed bugs, 206 last room the dresser was broken and hole in closet from the safe being ripped off at one point, the only good about this place was staff being nice especially the housekeeper, owners/management should make sure beds aren’t nasty encase them if they don’t want bed bugs and stains, carpet clean the room every so often would help with those who smoke pot & break the rules for a non smoking hotel because the smell lingers in on everything, had I been able to get my refund and book elsewhere I would have"
