"The staff was very nice and helpful even during the busy hours. The rooms are very clean. The cleaning staff seemed like they were always working lol. We did not get the breakfast because there was an extra fee. The valet was good, about $75 per night. The only negative points I found was the extra fees that came at check out and the shower water pressure was too high. Overall, very good place to stay. Walking distance to a lot of places. The cable car comes right outside the hotel."

"Needed a new tub and new grouting on shower walls Toilet too close to tub/not enough room Found it difficult to get to pier in front if the restaurant was closed Went down the hallway to use the side exit and someone defecated out in front of the door. Staff was just hosing it out into the street gutter"

"Only concern is no glassware in bathroom, but everything else excellant. Bed and pillows very, very comfortable. Would be nice to be able to raise shade on window for view but understand. All in all, would not hesitate to stay there again. Thank you."
