"This hotel of over 900 rooms has about 5 washing machines and dryers for the whole building. I had experienced the clothing taking over 2 and a half hours to dry, when I pointed this out the staff, they made me feel like it was my fault and they took no accountability for this. Although the building is nice overall, I would not stay here again."

"Clean, nice, wish there were more in-room instructions in English (eg how to operate the AC/Heater, room service), and wish there were more things to do at the hotel or near the hotel. Bed was comfy, loved the tub and the toiletries!"
