"We stayed in a ground-floor room. The laminate flooring was already swollen from the damp and smelled musty. The patio door couldn't be locked. The shower cubicle didn't have a sliding door. There were plenty of towels, and everything was clean. The beds were good, and although the air conditioning could be adjusted, it seemed to make hardly any difference. "Room was very clean and had a cleaner in every day. Had a restaurant and shop not even 5 minutes down the road. Perfect location, the area was pretty quiet when we went in march which was perfect for us. There were busses running to Santa Maria snd was a 20-30 minute walk down and taxis right outside the hotel to get which was perfect. There was also another bus to their resort on the beach with a restaurant. It’s also a 5 minute walk to ponta preta beach. The staff were amazing and lovely....
