30A Turtle Cove Retreat is a contemporary coastal haven designed for unforgettable group getaways. Located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach, this spacious 8-bedroom, 8-bathroom home combines modern design with comfort across multiple stories, offering ample room to gather and unwind.
Step outside to a stunning backyard oasis—complete with a sparkling pool, shaded patio, plush outdoor seating, al fresco dining, and a BBQ grill that invites slow afternoons and sunset dinners. Multiple balconies and two indoor living areas give everyone space to spread out or come together.
Inside, the home is bright, chic, and beautifully styled with clean lines and modern finishes. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your group feasts, while the washer and dryer make extended stays a breeze.
Beach days are just minutes away—hop in the provided golf cart or on one of the available bikes and cruise down to the sugar-white sands of 30A in less than 5 minutes. Afterward, rinse off and relax with the beach gear provided in the garage, and take advantage of convenient on-site parking when you're ready to settle in.
Whether you're lounging poolside, gathering around the table, or soaking up sea breezes on the balcony, 30A Turtle Cove Retreat is your upgraded beach getaway.

This region takes a relaxed approach to oceanfront living, with boutique shops and local seafood on every main street. Each town along 30A has its own unique identity, so we encourage you to explore them all!

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Pool heat is a paid feature and must be requested 24-48 hours before the day of check-in.
Parking Details:
- Parking is available for 4 cars in the driveway.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce.
