"It was a great location! Right in the middle of Gwanghwamoon and Jongro. Many good restaurants and great cafes to visit. The rooms are a bit outdated but was clean. A few blocks from Insadong was a plus if you'd like to shop some traditional gifts. The room was a bit outdated that it didn't have any usb ports. Since it is in the middle of many corporations/offices, there were so many restaurants with history and good food options and 24 hours Koobap places."

"Very nice modern hotel right in a key tourist area: connected to the Insadong walking street shopping and food area, walking distance from the main temples. Nice storage lockers to put in luggage for free before and after stay. There was a major protest when we were trying to check out, tried to get staff to help with taxi but they just signed on apps same as us and told us just to try to walk to another area, which was not possible with all our luggage, some frustration but this was circumstantial."

"We stayed for 1 week. The property has great location and very spacious suites, renovated and we loved this part. The staff was friendly and helpful. One deficiency was somewhat limited breakfast but it wasn’t a big deal since there is overabundance of restaurants in the area, so you don’t need to include it. Remember that these are like apartment units not the hotel, so while it is super convenient you also need to get some extra of the basic things like tea or coffee, tissue etc. bit there is washer in the unit and everything is available in a convenience store. Generally I loved the stay and would recommend it"

"The location was excellent. The Seoul Center was our backyard! The famous shopping street was less than a 10 minute walk away. No early check in, but we were allowed to lounge in the lobby and have your luggage stored until it is check in time. We used our time to visit City Hall and explored the underground shopping mall (directly below UH Continental), as well as had lunch at the food center in Lotte Mall connected to the underground shopping mall. We booked a room that has the spa jacuzzi with 2 queen beds, a dining table with 4 chairs, 2 TVs (one at at the spa area), a vanity mirror with chair, mini refrigerator and even a microwave. The bathroom had two showers, double vanity sink, and two closets. So much floor space for a hotel room. The blackout curtains were remote-controlled and the lights in the room was controlled by a the tablet by the bedside. The beds were quite firm for my liking, but the hotel provided extra pillows that made it more comfortable for me. The breakfast was decent, and it made mornings convenient because many places don’t open until about 10am. It was raining as we were leaving, and without asking, concierge followed us out with umbrellas to our taxi. I would stay here again!"

"Very central to everything Myegondong had to offer. The room was spacious and very quite. The coffee spot was good but could have been stocked with more coffee and sugar (l coffee and 1 sugar per person) and no milk. The hotel did not have a bar or a restaurant only a breakfast room and you could get a sandwich,cake and coffee in the afternoon. Dropping off was ok as long as it was prior to 10am but pick up was quite a way, particularly when you have mobility issues and staff only help with the luggage to the foyer."
