"We had an excellent stay at The Lenox. When you enter, you get greeted by friendly staff. Everyone is ver helpful and courteous. I loved the fragrance when you enter the lobby and the ambience with the cozy fireplace and holiday decorations. Everything was in walkable distance. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. We also had breakfast at Willow &Ivy at the Lenox and it was delicious. I can recommend the avocado croissant with sunny side up egg and also the pancakes with the berries. We will...

"Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious, quiet and cozy. Our only complaint is that the lights outside were very bright from an empty building across the road, felt like daytime all the time. The blackout blinds helped a lot but still had light coming in at night. However this was beyond the hotel's control."
