"I am a bit disappointed to be honest. I’ve stayed here before and used to live on this road and know how noisy it can be, so I messaged ahead and asked for a room on a higher floor. I got given a room above the night exit and bins on the first floor. Cue 11pm and 2am wake up calls from staff putting out the bins and dragging furniture around every single night. I slept so badly the whole time I was there. The pub has gone through a bit of a refurb which is nice, but it does feel like it’s lost...

"I booked for my elderly parents . When we checked in , no one explained anything about breakfast, when we asked other guests they just pointed to the kitchen which was empty . Only managed to find some bread in the fridge . There were no eggs , no bacon no variety of bread or cereals. The signs in the hotel indicate check out is at 11:00 am but they knocked on the door at 10:00am and kicked us out without giving us a chance to even make breakfast."

"This hotel is fabulous!! Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, spacious and modern rooms and a beautiful pool, sauna and gym. It was only a few minutes walk to the tube station and about 15 minutes walk to Battersea Power Plant. The highlight was the 180 degree views of the Thames from our room and how comfortable the bed was. Highly recommend!!"

"Everything was good except getting tea or coffee at the Brama. The device in the room was difficult and dysfunctional. The machines for coffee and tea in the common room (Library) were similarly frustrating and out of water (one leaked). Staff were supposed to be available 24/7 by their postings, but unavailable before 8AM. Fortunately, nearby is a coffee/ tea shop which we (and others) resorted to using each day. They should buy some Kerig coffee & tea machines or get delivery from the local...

"Nice basic hotel in pretty & quiet street. Good location for visiting family who live 20 mins walk across tooting common. This is stones throw from the common & its cafe. Set in nice residential area. Taken a star off as mattress was a bit hard for me but to be fair I have got a very soft one at home that I’m used to. Room bit basic but ok for 1 or 2 nights."
