The location of the hotel is outstanding . Surrounded with restaurants and nearby market. The next door massage place is superb!!! The bathroom had mold that should be removed and sanitized.The concierge was extremely helpful and friendly to call taxi and provide information. Convenient and Hospitable at a Great Value!

Hotel at Home has become my go-to place to stay when visiting Seoul. It's centrally located, a 5-min walk from Gwangjang Market and the Jongno-5 metro station on Line 1 (dark blue metro line). Checking in and out was super quick and easy. One inconvenience when I was there was that the elevator was not available as they were replacing it during my stay, but the front desk person helped took my bags up for me at check-in and back down at check-out. The room itself is clean and roomy and such a good value for what you pay! The mattress and bedding are comfortable, and there's a bathtub! Highly recommend!

Though I'm not sure of your previous review, this hotel shouldn't be considered as a hotel. It's humbly shabby, having noisy plastic sheet all over the bed right under the bed sheet. Did I come to a hotel or someone's love house?

施設自体は古かったですが、設備の新しさに期待しなければ、とても快適で申し分ないホテルだと思います。 まず、スタッフの方は物腰がとても柔らかくて好印象でした。 お掃除は有料ですが、無料で毎日お水とタオルの補充、ゴミの回収があるので、個人的にはそれで満足でした。 あとは、防音が少し心配でしたが、廊下の音がたまに少し聞こえるくらいで快適でした。 また是非利用させて頂きたいと思います。 ありがとうございました。
