"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express! The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. The hotel offers excellent amenities, and the airport shuttle was punctual and very convenient, making our travel stress-free. We also enjoyed the breakfast and dinner options, which had a great variety and were delicious. A special thank you to Mika and Isma for providing exceptional service throughout our stay. Their friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel truly welcome and added a personal touch to our experience. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with outstanding service, cleanliness, comfort, and great hospitality. "The renovation noise was utterly deafening, but it was communicated beforehand. We just didn’t expect it to be so loud and constant. It’s impossible to swim and lounge in the area with the renovation going on. Anggi from reception made my stay. Thoroughly helpful, accomodating and solved all our problems."
