Otaru canal is 10 minutes away in walking and Otaru station is 25 minutes away in walking. It is very enjoyable to walk around all the places even though heavy snows. This hotel has spacious parking lots that provided a good spot to play with snow. Its rooms are very spacious and clean. This hotel seemed to be built with container modular houses so it doesn’t have enough soundproofing between walls. Generally all day along it is very quiet in the building except cleaning and house keeping times. Very satisfied staying. "
