The hotel is beautiful and it is in a very prime location. Everything is close. The only issue was the room dining. I did not like the burger or the pizza, and I have notified the front desk, even though they wanted to refund. I did not take the refund because the service was great. Everything was amazing. The rooms are new, fresh. The pool is really beautiful.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights only. Had some issues during check-in (they initially put me in a simpler room on the 6th floor. I complained and they moved me to a room similar to the one I saw in the pictures when I booked). Other than that, everything was great. I love this hotel, it is my go to whenever I visit Dubai. The facilities are super modern and clean and it does not have the lingering smell of smoke and age that many of the hotels do. Amazing breakfast buffet with great service. I spent 9 nights stuff was very helpful I will definitely go back again

Just like every single St. Regis hotel, the consistency in the excellent service can be felt. We went there for a short 2 night stay and it was lovely.
