"Fabulous. Walkable to all the historic sites - Liberty Bell, independence hall, Museum of American Revolution. Lots of really good restaurants and bars nearby. Lovely Hotel. Room was very well appointed and elegant. The staff was very nice. The Valet, Bellman and front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend."

"Average hotel, would stay again. Did ask for bathroom supplies to be filled numerous times and never got done. TV could not get any channels to work. Wanted a bottle of water from lobby. $7 for a 16oz bottle of water!"

"The property was beautiful and all staff were excellent to deal with. Arrival was a mess by personal car though. There is no pull in and cars were parked everywhere in the street. We had to circle a few times to get close to valet. They did finally approach our car and had us wait in the street for an open spot. They assisted us with luggage and waited for us to check in to accompany us with the luggage cart to our room. We were offered a cocktail as we waited to get checked in. Unfortunately the pool closed at 7pm and we were unable to use it. Overall we enjoyed the hotel but felt a heads up on arrival by car would have been helpful."

"The hotel itself was fine, super friendly staff. My only complaint is the parking. No in/out, so you get charged separately for each time you park. The deck is also filthy and felt unsafe, though it was fine."
