A wonderful place, with an amazing family led by Delia. Delia and her daughter has shown such hospitality that we are certain to be back for a visit.

Such a lovely place, the breakfast is amazing. The host was super friendly even though we arrived late. She stayed up and accommodated us at the last minute, made us feel welcome. Rooms are comfortable. WiFi works great. It's a 15 minute drive from the Treviso airport, parking is easy, and the place is off the main road so very quiet and peaceful.

Hotel is very clean and well organized. Diago checked us in and was helpful with directions to a supermarket and gas station. He also helped us print our boarding passes for our flight. Breakfast was the usual European fare and all tasty. Bed was comfortable and the room had a small refrigerator. Shower has a curtain which is our only dislike. Would give it Five stars as it is perfect for tourists traveling who need a nice place to stay.

Best hotel I have stayed at in quite some time. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The homemade bread was excellent. The room was bigger than expected and the beds were comfortable. We stayed here to get away from the crowds at Venice and could not have picked a more relaxing area. The river runs right next to it. The town has a train station with a direct route to Venice. We drove our car to the station (plenty of free parking) and took the train in to Venice each day. I would highly recommend...

Friendly stuff and big clean rooms. Th hotel is 10 minutes driving from city center and very close to airport (about 5 minutes). Breakfast is nice but need to be upgraded.

Hotel is very close to the main train station of Quatro D'Altino. The hotel provides a shuttle to and from that train station to main Venezia St Lucia and also provides the train tickets (Return trips) all for a total of 20 Euro's for 2 people. We were upgraded to a larger room, which was very nice and comfortable. All the amenities were in good order, and the staff was great, particularly with restaurant recommendations. We'd happily come back!

The photos do not do this property justice. The rooms look old in the photos and that could not be further from reality. The rooms are freshly renovated and the motif makes them appear in photos to have faded paint and furnishings, this is due to the color aesthetic not coming through in the pictures.

This is the best hotel close to Marco Polo. Highly recommended!

The hotel is clean, conveniently located, and very cute. Taking the advice from a previous reviewer, we got a canel view (rm3), and we loved it so much. It can be noisy if you’re sensitive to noise but didn’t bother us (in fact we slept so well). First Class treatment.

This is the perfect hotel for exploring Venice. Their shuttle provided round trip transportation to and from the airport, and the train station was located directly behind the hotel, making for an easy trip to the island. The hotel could use an update, but the convenience and service makeup for it. It was very easy to get to the property by waterbus taxi. The waterbus taxi stand is just several feet away. The room and bathroom was beautiful and spacious; with a canal view!! The staff was very nice and professional!
