"I am not sure the staff are helpful, I asked the receptionist about taxi to airport next day, and how much will cost me roughly she said 60 euro that is 120 marks, I challenged her because on arrival to Sarajevo it costed me 50 marks only, so I arranged my own taxi next day costed me 40 marks only (20 euros). This was an example"

The staff were especially impressive—professional, friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. The property is also very convenient and well organized, making it suitable for both leisure and business travelers. I really appreciated the attention to cleanliness, comfort, and customer service throughout my stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"Very nice, spacious and bright apartment in the very center of the city. The impression in person is even better than in the pictures. Very simple and pleasant communication with the owner, kind hostess Melisa. Parking in the underground garage of the shopping center right across the street, weekly ticket 60 euros, 24-hour security guard, extremely practical. For every recommendation!!!"
