Lovely bright apartment well-located with easy access to the airport, Porto Vecchio and many different beaches. Checking in and out was easy and Jean-Paul adapted to our late flight times! Overall we had a wonderful time.

Super Stay in Sotta

The property is situated in a quiet location, giving easy access to lots of beaches, forest and activities. We followed most of Jean- Paul's recommendations for an action-packed week. The accommodation is very clean and well -equipped. Our host was kind, hospitable and informative.

Vacances en famille

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances en famille malgré la canicule. Je recommande cette location pour son emplacement géographique qui nous a permis de rayonner facilement entre mer et montagne. L'appartement est très bien équipé et propre. Le bruit de la route ne nous a pas dérangé car l'appartement est climatisé et les fenêtres de bonne qualité. La vue du balcon est magnifique! Un grand merci à Jean-Paul pour son accueil chaleureux. Il est disponible et de bons conseils pour découvrir les merveilles de la région.

Sotta paesino tranquillo per la costa sud della corsica

Sotta ė un paesino molto tranquillo posizionato appena sopra Porto vecchio e la baia di santa Giulia. Molto comodo per raggiungere sia le spiagge di porto vecchio e bonifacio sia le spiagge di pianottoli caldarello. L'appartamento è veramente molto bello e funzionale [eravamo in quello al primo piano con il balcone]. Il padrone di casa è stato veramente molto gentile e disponibile per ogni informazione. Appartamento qundi da consigliare . Unico piccolo neo è purtroppo il traffico che passa sotto la casa che è posizionata sulla strada e quindi si deve subire un poco di rumore

Un super séjour, la location et le lieu sont magnifiques. Très bien situé et l'accueil de Jean Paul est juste parfait. Aux petits soins avec ces locataires et surtout de bons conseils pour les visites. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Super séjour, bien accueilli et conseillé. logement propre et conforme. le plus la clim, nous sommes actuellement sans dans un logement réservé sur Poplidays a porticcio par la gence Foncia. Cest limite au niveau de la propreté et plein d equipements dysfonctionnent. Chez Jean Paul, tout fonctionne !Une bonne adresse

Jolie petit appartement dans belle demeure

Très joli appartement dans une très belle demeure. Décoration choisie avec goût. Position parfaite pour rayonner sur le sud de la Corse. Très jolie vue sur les montagnes. Seul petit bémol : la route très empruntée qui passe devant la maison. Mais ceci est vite oubliée aux vues des nombreux avantages que l'appartement possèdent. Propriétaires au top et disponibles pour le moindre conseil. Je recommande à 100%

Appartement propre, moderne, prestations de qualité . Il manque quelques accessoires (grille pain, une deuxième poêle).Pas de porte au niveau de la salle de bain, gênant pour l'intimité. Appartement qui donne sur la départementale, donc très bruyant.

- très bien situé, près de tout et loin de nulle part, on a accès à l’ensemble des spots de corse du sud de 10 min a 1 heure selon la destination, bref, idéal - très propre, appartement très bien entretenu - très bien équipé : vaisselle bien sur mais également ustensiles de cuisine, tringles à linge, cintres,… Une seule observation d’aménagement : il faudrait prévoir des patères pour accrocher les serviettes dans la salle de bain mais on s’en accommode ! Beaucoup de rangement également, très pratique et fonctionnel ! - très confortable : spacieux, et climatisé ce qui peut être appréciable là nuit en cas de fortes chaleurs

Excellent séjour dans un des logements de cette belle maison en granit typique du sud de la Corse.

Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire Jean Paul. Appartement bien aménagé, à l'état neuf très propre, très bien climatisé. Emplacement idéal pour rayonner sur l'extrême sud de la Corse.

Logement très agréable et bien situé ; propriétaires adorables et très serviables

Le logement est très bien équipé et très propres. Il est aussi idéalement situé entre la montagne et les plages sauvages du sud. Jean-Paul et son épouse, les propriétaires, n'ont pas compté leur temps pour nous conseiller sur les lieux à visiter et les bons restos du coin. Toujours disponibles et très chaleureux. Merci à eux.

1 settimana nella Corsica del sud

L'appartamento è situato in un paese molto curato e pulito a 10' circa dalle spiagge di Porto Vecchio e a 30' circa da Bonifacio. La posizione è ottima per visitare il Sud. Nella casa abbiamo avuto il massimo confort con lavatrice e lavastoviglie a nostra disposizione, un bel balcone per stendere il bucato ed il proprietario, Jean Paul, è stato a nostra disposizione. Speriamo di tornare presto!!!
