"Have stayed here several times and always enjoy it. The staff are always friendly and helpful. It's always clean and like the amenities. A short walk to Rundle Mall. However was disappointed this time with the breakfast hot food. Was told they have a new chef. Didn't have any other meals there so don't know how they compare. "

"1. Parking is a 10 minute walk away. 2. The rooms won’t be cleaned unless you request it. 3. The restaurant is really non existent- menu more bar food. 4. In fact our suite on the 11th floor was nice, but we had to waylay the housekeeping staff to get a clean set of towels, milk and after 4 nights, change the bed. All in all won’t choose Tryp on any of our future trips. Needs improvement. "

"Clean room only plus. Had to chase toilet paper, tissues, milk and tea towels. Harassed about car park payment when no car park was booked (confirmed no car park was required 48-72 hrs before arrival). And incompetent staff repeatedly requested bond payment after payment was made. Will not stay again."

"Nice location but I like a hot shower in the morning and this they did not provide. after five minutes or so it got to warm, it never got hot, and that was running the hot water tap only."
