"I liked the location. Even though the restaurants and shopping centers were nearby, it was quiet and private."

"Miami Lakes neighborhood is very nice. The Miami Lakes Hotel is a gem for this area. Though some of the in-room amenities were a bit dated, everything worked and the beautiful gardens in the center are an oasis in a busy city."

"If you're on a budget, looking for a laid back beach and/or pool experience, don't mind crossing the street for coffee (!) or asking for water to be placed in your room, then take the plunge! Pros- THE STAFF ARE AMAZING; the view is lovely and THE STAFF ARE AMAZING! Cons- Basic amenities like coffee in the room and complimentary bottled water are missing. Overall- good value for money, despite the shortcomings."

"The bathroom wasn’t clean, the toilet had urine stains on the sides and the shower had soap scums all along the walls. The rooms are very small, not to mention it’s $10 to use the microwave to reheat coffee or anything."

"Clean room, staff were very nice, parking is very convenient"
