We were initially assigned a room without windows, which made it feel a bit like sleeping in a capsule. However, the team was very attentive, proactive, and genuinely eager to assist. They offered us different options to resolve the situation, which we truly appreciated. Overall, I would rate my stay a solid 9 out of 10."
