"I had a great stay here when in canary wharf for meetings. Although the hotel is little dated for a 5*, it has an amazing leisure centre access with beautiful riverside pool. The staff were all really attentive and fantastic. Particular shout to Cindy who was super helpful to me on reception. Really appreciate it. "

Staff were mixed - some were very friendly and others appeared a bit rude - the waiter tutted at us 2 minutes after sitting down because we hadn't made up our mind over food. "Highly recommend, it is probably the best property I have been to and I travelled quite a lot recently. It is nice to be welcomed with small details like the reusable water cups, ear plugs (building is in a noisy area so its a nice touch) and welcome card. Just maybe few more tea bags/coffee. Beds comfy and rooms warm, large and clean. "
