First of all we were unluckily next to the room which the people started opening and closing the door many times in between 11pm and 1am, someone coming in and out. I called the front desk. The staff was quite rude and kept saying he couldn't do anything. It was a very bad experience for me and my husband. We couldn't sleep. I found out the door was heavy and the door frame might not be good enough to absorb banging sound and vibration. "

"My third time staying at Crowne Plaza Kitchener. The staff is exceptional! They even remembered me! Always extremely professional, kind, accommodating, and patient. My upgraded room was so comfortable and clean. Aqua, the restaurant, is delicious and the wait staff is wonderful. I also used the fitness centre this visit. Was surprised at how many options for working out are available. An exercise room, pool, bowling alley, putt putt golf! I will be staying there again soon!"
