"Great hotel in good location, clean and warm. Breakfast was ok if you took a la carte option but buffet a bit hit and miss"

"Breakfast was fresh with a good selection and served by efficient friendly staff. Omelettes and other food items could be ordered individually. Rooms were large and clean and beds were turned down daily. Reception service was efficient and any questions we had were answered. The bar is open until midnight and there was live piano music on Friday with a medley of well known tunes played by a friendly pianist. Overall a very nice weekend spent in Cracow with the hotel adding to this experience. "

"Room was big and spacious, nice big tv for then we wanted to chill after walking around krakow. Staff were more than happy to help when requested. Only down side was the shower holder could have done with been a bit higher but i managed. Would definitely stay again. Thank you "

"Hotel VERY convenient for public transport from the airport and easy to locate by foot. Pleasant walk across the river from the city centre (trams and buses also serve). Staff pleasant and welcoming. Room and communal areas clean and well maintained. Hotel sells a small selection of groceries but there is a convenience store located next to the hotel too!"

"The room was spotless, the hotel provided an excellent packed breakfast for our trip to Auschwitz at 6.15am even though we requested this late the night before when checking in. Breakfast is varied and good value."
