There is also the possibility that this hotel doubles as dormitory for high school/college students, thus making the breakfast restaurant and elevators extremely busy. Also great Ramen and Unity Coffee for aircon and cool vibes. Google it. Short "Grab" or taxi (metered) rides to SM Cebu Mall, Ayala Mall, etc. Walkable to Mango Square."
