"We loved this property as it was by the pier where we dove and all the dive shops. We upgraded and stayed in the mermaid room and was able to see the pier from our room. It was perfect and the bar downstairs is nice. "

"When I booked this place it said that breakfast was included. There was no breakfast included. The staff only does anything special when cruise ships get there. You as a guest are not important enough to warrant great features. We wish we had had Dahlia because she showed some people around and we didn't get it towards the property. Island time is very slow. Many times there were no towels for us for the pool. I think that they should take more pride in cleaning up the Beach area. Lots of trash around the property. Located in a very poor part of town. Need to go to Christiansted to get the tourist vibe."

"The home is just as pictured.Very clean and cozy. Ocean view. Everything was in walking distance beach 4 min walk restaurant, and stores also. The host Charles is a really nice guy .Truly had a great time. I hope to be back soon ."

"Had a great 10 days. The condo was great. Check-in at cottages by the sea was painless! Beautiful sunset views every night. One of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in on vacation. "

"Communicating with the host was very easy and they always responded within 24 hours. The checkin process was simple and contactless, very helpful clear instructions with pictures that made it very easy. The only reason I gave this facility 4 stars on location was because it is not "on the beach" if that is what you are looking for. BUT the snorkeling by the pier and all along this area is some of the best and the beaches are within walking distance (less than a mile). There is a restaurant downstairs for the evening with spectacular food and I recommend Polly's for breakfast! The pool was refreshing in the evenings and outdoor seating was perfect. They even have aloe plants if you get burned! We will absolutely stay here again!"
