"Booked for an overnight stay in Ipswich for early morning appointment. The hotel was central close to local bus terminus and close to a wide range of restaurants and bars. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful the rooms clean, quiet, and with good facilities. A little small but fantastic value for money and ideal for an overnight stay"
"A relatively new hotel near the centre of Ipswich. Nothing special and ok for a travelodge. The rooms are fairly small and there is not much room to spread out with your luggage. The biggest negative is the lack of free WiFi in the rooms. This is not acceptable in a modern hotel."
"There was no bedside light (despite there being two bedside tables) and no rubbish bin in the room. The curtains did not close properly. One window had a crack in it and there is no double glazing so the road outside was noisy. It was very hot, but we kept the windows closed to try to reduce the noise (no aircon). The staff were very helpful however (having moved us from a different room as the bathroom light wasn't working in that one)."
"Absolutely gorgeous stay! Would definitely return and recommend to others. Would just like to see more option on the menu in the barn. A pasta and/or steak dish would be great. "

"Friendly staff, comfortable room and bed, quiet. Convenient for the railway station, but also cheap car park nearby(£5 for 24 hours). Plus, breakfast and supper are avaiable within the hotel. "
"Lovely helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and spacious. Great location with walking distancenof the train station and city centre. Would highly recommend "
"A very central location with easy access to the buses. It was a good place for the very light use I needed - sleeping and breakfast. Property generally as stated, there are two kitchen appliance panels and doors missing. The shower glass had not been cleaned and the left hand shower door was broken at the bottom. The shower was also very weak. However, I appreciated the toiletries. The polyester bottom sheet made for sweaty nights, but the bed was comfortable. No hot water that I could discover in the kitchen. Occasionally noisy neighbours downstairs and some weed smoking going on. It would be useful to have an electric socket near the dining table if working from the apartment."
"I arrived for check in - pubic hair in bathroom bin, dirty tea towel with strains, kettle had months of limescale, all sinks had mould and limescale all over tap, shower filthy and unusable (4 night stay), fridge had thick rim of brown dirt all at the bottom, tables all had layers of dirt over them, bedroom dusty and dirty, etc etc. I took pictures, sent them to host via email and called many times for help. Silence from host for whole stay. I’ve asked for full refund and compensation - no reply. Had to leave a night early - filthy, disgusting and unhygienic. Zero comms from host with regard to any complaint I’ve raised. I’ve had automatic notification emails and nothing else. This, after working 12/14 hour shifts at local hospital. Horrified and very upset. Had to walk in local area in dark as solo female to get cleaning products myself to disinfect the property. Completely unacceptable. "
