Perfect getaway condo! New carpet, dishwasher, stove/oven. Tucked away in the Ocean Walk complex- with flexible workspace, quiet and private, with a walkout patio to lawn and shade trees. Close to the Village, 5 minutes to beach access. Ocean Walk has TONS of amenities! 2 pools (1 heated), a fishing pond, tennis/pickleball courts, playground, indoor and outdoor ping pong tables, corn hole, tennis courts, rope swings, an exercise room, and a dog run!
Nicely appointed condo with 1 king bedroom with attached full bath, 2nd bedroom with full under twin bunk bed and an additional twin bed, additional full bathroom, comfortable living room, kitchen, eating area, and quiet patio and grass area. All linens and beach towels, 2 beach chairs, and sand toys included. YoutubeTV subscription with Showtime and HBO. The perfect place to get away and relax!

Please do not leave windows and doors open. Rinse sand from feet and elsewhere before entering the unit- hose outside to the right of sliding door.
Bunk bed is limited to 150 lbs on the top bunk and 300 lbs on the bottom bunk. Do not move any furniture or furnishings.
Parking is first come, first served. Max 2 vehicles/unit. Trailers/golf carts must park in designated spots. Violators may be towed.

Excellent Location & Cozy Condo

Great visit to SSI at the property

This unit was the perfect place for us. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Close enough to walk to the village. The grandchildren enjoyed the pool, the corn hole, and the ping pong.

Everything as advertised

Communication with the owner was good. The place was clean and met our needs. The walk to downtown restaurants was maybe one mile and there were nice places to walk our dog. The condo was not fancy but the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes and cooking stuff. It is a reasonably cost effective place to stay on SSI.

Condo needs some updates

Dishwasher didn't work properly. Dishes came out dirty so I just hand washed everything. Dirty plates, glasses, silverware were put up so I rewashed it all. Neighbors upstairs were stomping around all hours. Updates needed with new paint and wallpaper . Otherwise location is great. We love Ocean Walk and have stayed many times but first time at this condo. We'll be back but probably not this condo.

Excellent location condo

Overall, we had a great experience! The location was very convenient. The complex the condo was in was well kept. The owner was very helpful and responsive. Towels were provided for the bath and beach, and the beach chairs were very helpful! The condo is older but has been kept nicely, with two small exceptions— (1) there was a bit of a smoke smell when we entered, but it dissipated once the AC was going (and with a little Febreeze) and (2) the carpet going into the bedrooms was pulled up just a bit and the tack strip was exposed. I had my two young kids, so that was a bit concerning. But we easily covered them with towels and carried on! I’m sure that’s an easy fix but just haven’t had a chance to correspond with the owner (that’s totally on me!). Everything else was very neat and clean! My mom is a neat freak and was very happy with this rental. Overall I would definitely recommend this place and would absolutely go back!

We had a great stay and this location is so convenient to get to everywhere on the Island. Allison was so accommodating and responsive and the unit was clean and had everything we needed for a great beach getaway!

Our family vacation at St Simons is always fun! We love staying at Ocean Walk. It is convenient to The Village and the beach. Being able to relax is most important and it never disappoint.

While we did enjoy our stay we had a few issues, the hall bath hot water didn’t work, one of the patio chairs was falling apart and there was a potentially dangerous saucepan in the kitchen. The handle was loose and I only discovered that after making ramen for my grandson, I barely missed getting boiling water spilled on me.

The property was perfect for our stay . Loved the neighborhood & amenities. (& the ducks) . The Cunningham’s were very available if there were questions. It’s an older development & in a coastal environment so there were issues with bugs & the exterminator did come during our stay . Great walking to town & dog park.

St Simons island

We enjoyed our stay. We rode bikes to the park and shops in St. Simons. While there we toured jekyll Island and visited Driftwood Beach. We only stayed 2 days but will visit the area another time. It was very relaxing and magical.

Family Friendly Property

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was exactly as described and perfect for our family (2 small boys). It is not going to be the fanciest condo on the island, but it was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The Ocean Walk property is nice and quiet. We spoke with the owner a couple of times (not due to any issues) and she was very prompt and kind in helping us out.
