"We had a wonderful time at the property! This was our second time at this property. There was plenty of room and privacy for the three adult couples (in our 40s) we had sharing the house. Check-in was smooth, and the host and house manager were both very responsive the entire stay. Everything was very clean, and the daily housekeeping (except Sundays, which we were told about ahead of time) was a great perk. The A/C in every room worked great! No issues with plumbing as some other properties seem to have. You can't beat the views! We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool, away from the crowds when we needed down time. The location is also wonderful. We were close to Punta Sur and The Joint, two of our favorite places. We rented two golf carts, and the drive to Hidalgo/Playa Norte goes pretty quick (around 20 min). The only suggestions we have are putting up another blackout curtain panel in the primary/master bedroom for the side window due to the security lights from the neighboring building lighting up the room very brightly at night. I bought an eye mask, so it wasn't anything that compromised my stay. Also - the mattresses in each bedroom are a bit firm. Maybe pillow toppers would help? Again - nothing that "ruined" our stay. "Love this place and pool was amazing this time. Property is showing its age a bit. Sliding door entering dinning area doesn't lock, same as slider to outdoor shower area from master bath, bit of a safety concern, microwave is rusting (to be expected with Isla though)"

"We loved this place and found it even more spacious than we thought. The house was a highlight for our two families staying a week together in Isla. Stacy was wonderful helping us navigate the island for the first time and we had housekeeping and pool cleaning every day. We loved the quieter location and loved riding around the island on the golf cart! Layout could be more clear online…the first level has pool, kitchen, living room, dining area, one bedroom, two baths. Second floor is 2bath and 2bedrooms (including the one with two beds where my family of four stayed together and had plenty of room). Top floor is a great outdoor deck with seating areas and views of Cancun Lights and sunset. Enjoy!"

"This was our second time staying, we loved it so much the first time, we stayed 11 days the second. We will not be returning again.The unit was not maintained, it was one thing after another for the entire time. The constant problems had a very negative impact on our hard earned vacation. The listing is not accurate, the washing machine never has worked, the entire condo smells like sewage, the tv in the living room didn’t work, the stove stopped working, the grill didn’t have gas and then didn’t work properly with gas, the downstairs bathroom shower was missing a door…….I could keep going.There were nonstop problems and it affected everything about our stay. The owner lied to me saying everything is working, because I I asked before we even left on vacation.The bar across the road has VERY loud music 12-9pm every single day. Thank goodness we brought a sound machine for our six year old or none of us would have had rest.As much as the views are incredible, it was a ripoff and we don’t go on vacation to constantly deal with someone else’s problems and excuses."
