"Hello, We stayed here for almost half a year, and it was an amazing experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, offering great opportunities to explore the local neighborhoods. For us, it was the best hotel in Melbourne in terms of both price and facilities. While the building is slightly older, everything was perfectly functional and comfortable. If we visit Melbourne again, we would be very happy to stay here once more. Martin "

"We stayed here with another couple for a relaxing weekend in the Yarra valley. The location is amazing, beautiful views and an amazing team and restaurant. "From arrival to departure our stay at the Mercure was great. The lady at reception was a delight and made us feel welcome. We were upgraded to the superior king room which had a great view of the city. The room was very quiet. The bed comfortable. We really loved the bathroom with a beautiful walk in shower. The only down side was the pool as it was supposed to be 31 degrees but it was no where near that temperature. Very cold to the point where we couldn’t swim without freezing. Probably good in summer but not winter."
