"I chose to stay here for its proximity to the train station for an early morning trip out to the country. While I didn't make use of the parking, it was available to guests. The room was spacious, actually much bigger than required for a short stay, however would be ideal for extended visits to Parramatta. Most of the typical things one may want to find are conveniently within walking distance, plus public transport is easily accessible. I always appreciate quiet to enable undisturbed sleep, and I had it here. Would stay again."

The only complaint I had was the live in guests below us were constantly smoking Marijuana and we were u able to leave out windows open as it would reak our room out. I did mention to staff on day 1 and nothing was done. I would stay here again regardless. But that was really annoying"

"For the price I was extremely pleased. The linen was replaced everyday along with the towels. Generous amounts of tea and coffee and milk, with bottled water also provided. The room was spacious and clean. The shared facilities were dated but extremely well kept cleanliness wise. But……… there is no lift and I found it quite a challenge navigating the stairs, maybe they could offer to help with luggage! I would definitely stay there again. Well done Rosehill hotel,"
