The property owners, management, and staff assume no liability for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur. This includes, but is not limited to, incidents arising from slips, falls, equipment malfunction, or other unforeseen circumstances. Guests are required to supervise children at all times and to follow all safety instructions provided. Your safety and comfort matter to us — please enjoy the pool and spa responsibly.

▪️ Unregistered guests (including visiting) are not allowed. Additional fees may apply.
▪️ Pets are welcome with a fee per pet. Max # of pets: 2. Pets must be registered and reported to the host. Host should also be informed if you have a service animal. Ensure that they are well-behaved and that you take necessary precautions to prevent any damage and extra cleaning. Pet/Service Animal owners will be responsible for any extra cleaning fees or damages caused.
▪️ No smoking inside the property. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. Please use the provided ashtrays and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
▪️ No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed.
▪️ There may be NO loud music/sustained noises at any time throughout the day. Please observe quiet hours from 9PM to 8AM.
▪️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises or cause any disturbances.
▪️ Respect the home. Do not damage or take anything. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay. All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place. Treat the villa as you would your own home. Keep it clean, handle furniture and appliances with care, and promptly clean any spills to prevent stains or damage.
▪️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues. Guests will be held responsible for any plumbing issues or damages caused by improper use.
▪️ Report anything that is not working or broken upon check-in. Any issues that are not reported within 24hrs after check-in time may be considered to have occurred during your stay and could be subject to applicable charges.
▪️ Follow the check-in/check-out instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions, including, but not limited to: adhering to check-in/out time, completing check-out tasks, parking, etc.
▪️ Pre-check-in requirements must be completed before arrival. Guests must sign the Rental Agreement, submit a valid government-issued photo ID, and authorize the security deposit through our secure third-party platform (SecureStay). Check-in instructions and property access will only be provided after the verification process has been successfully completed. Failure to complete these requirements before check-in will result in denied access, and the reservation will not be eligible for a refund (according to cancellation policy). The security deposit will only be charged/captured if damages, missing items, or house rule violations are identified during the post-stay inspection.
▪️ Please park only on the concrete area in front of the house. Parking underneath the house is not allowed, as the surface is not designed for vehicle tires and may cause stains or damage. A $100 fee will apply for any violations.
▪️Clean spills immediately to prevent damage.
▪️ Load and run the dishwasher before checkout.
▪️ Place used towels in the bathroom hamper.
▪️ Take trash out on Monday and Thursday evenings. Place bags outside the gate, under the coconut trees on the left. Note: $100 will be deducted from your deposit, if you forget to take garbage bins out prior to your checkout.
