"It took quite a bit of time to check in, but after that, we got into our room and it was nice. I feel like it could use a little updating, but overall it was fine. We happen to go on a very busy weekend, so I thought the price was more than what it should’ve been so it was not a great value overall it was a basic Clean hotel."

"1- The location was convenient. 5-minute walk to the downtown/ city center with many restaurants in the area. We loved the breakfast café, 10-minute walk! It is 30-minute drive to Mount Rushmore and 40- minute Drive to Custer Park. 2- The hotel is new, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and modern. However, I couldn’t sleep well at night! A little noisy. - It felt the walls have little insulation(as most hotels). - It is on a main street. My husband didn’t feel anything. He slept soundly. In general, it is very good compared to other hotels in Rapid City."

"We had a large group of family stay at this property for a couple days in town for a funeral. The house fit a lot of our needs, with so many amenities offered such as the batting cage and basketball court. The deck was also nice and enjoyable with the firepit and a table. Scott was good with communication."
