"The hot tub felt like Luke warm bathwater and had fist sized clumps of hair floating in it. Breakfast consisted of waffles (the batter looked old and dry) and cereal. The floors were stained. The bed sheets had stains. The staff was not very nice or professional. We went to tell the guy about the hair in the hot tub, and he was helping another lady, and when when he finished with her he left a ALL her information (address, phone number, etc ) up on the screen so everyone could see. "

"Room was worn and not very clean. Remote was disgusting. Ice machines were both broken. Bathroom counter was chipped and in disrepair. Breakfast was weak. Just eggs and weird velvet waffles. Weak coffee."

"From start to finish this is a fantastic property. They let us check in early before we went to the crater and the gal at the front desk was so sweet and gave all options for me to move around the property with an injury that made it hard for me to walk. The room was perfect! One of the nicest Ive ever stayed in and the property is so nice! Especially the pools and spas! Too notch property and will definitely stay again!"
