Good value and convenient location. Easy to go around Taipei city from the hotel. Room size is typical for inner city hotels. Breakfast was great with different local varieties.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Great location. Rooms are clean and well organized, but also relatively small, and the AC is loud.
Clean hotel with decent breakfast.
Staff was really nice and helpful, also loved the option to have a free snack or beverage all the time in the lobby.
We had a lovely stay. The rooms are clean, the hotel is nice and modern, with snacks +drinks available all day. Breakfast is also really good. Great location, walking distance from some of the sights and night markets but MRT station is also 5mins away
Clean room and convenient location from the metro line. Good selections of Asian breakfast and snacks throughout the day/ night was a nice touch. Very small room though! No space to open your luggage, for short stays was ok.
Good variety at breakfast. Usually local options and some non local options. Coffee, tea and snacks available 24/7 great location near shops and restaurants. Staff friendly. Offers housekeeping if you want it. I would recommend this hotel
Great location close to Taipei Main Station and Red and Green Metro lines. Helpful staff. Small but cozy room. Comfortable bed. Little room for storage. Catered breakfast with new dishes every day. All dishes are served in small boxes.
Breakfast variety and 24hours’ coffee and snacks service! We stayed three nights and every morning the menu was different, Chinese dim sun, sandwiches and waffles, hamburgers ... Boxed lunch to take away!
Snacks including cup noodles and drinks and canned porridges!!
We enjoyed our stay with great hospitality.
The hotel’s location is convenient enough. The staffs are friendly. They also provide snacks and drinks free. The room is very small, if you don’t spend a lot of time in the room, it probably isn’t an issue.
Staff were very friendly. Rooms are small but very clean. Served their purpose for our trip. Love the soap/shampoo & conditioner. We got a bathtub, although they didn't have a bidet. I also liked that they have snacks/refreshments available 24hrs. Great experience overall. Will consider staying longer on our next visit.
Very hard to find the hotel. Sign only faces one direction. If. Coming from one direction you will walk right past hotel. All in all a good place to stay. Plenty of breakfast choices. And lots of snacks through out the day. Room a bit small no place to put bags. Bath tub a plus. Room has a street view but could easily be viewed from adjacent houses. Best feature was a quiet room. A bit expensive.
Friendly staff. Clean bathrooms and bedding/floors. Small rooms, like in Paris/NYC. Clean breakfast area, breakfast sandwiches, pork buns, eggs poached/boiled, sometimes boxed meals with meat/rice. Snacks/juice/coffee/instant noodles always available. About 6-8min walk to Zhongshan station (red line to Taipei 101/Elephant Mtn) and also SKM dept store/Din Tai Fung (level B2F). 10min walk to Shandao temple station (blue line). 5min to 7-11, bakery, Linshen Park. 20min walk to Ningxia night market. Fridge in room, fresh fruit store next to hotel. Many small restaurants hotpot, ramen, etc within 2-3 blocks. Hotel gift: longan honey cake. Safe, quiet, enjoyed our stay.

C/P value not so good
Pros
1. Breakfast is delicious with wide variety
2. Late check out at noon
3. Friendly staff
Cons
1. Space is limited and shower is with limited hot water
2. Air con system is not working quite often
3. A long way to MRT station nearby
Owing to far distance from MRT and limited living space, I don't think I will go again. Sorry.
The room is quite small if you have a lot of luggage, stayed in a twin. However it is made up by the excellent customer service, friendly warm welcome on every entry and exit. Also the 24 hours snacks really did add extra touch. I did notice that breakfast on the weekends tend to have more choice and quite a bit less on the weekday. But regardless I enjoyed the breakfast, mix of Taiwanese and western food. I'd stay again, the location was good if you are ok with using public transport. Local area had a lot of Japanese restaurants and quite a few supermarkets/ malls. So for me was enough for my short stay. It is noted, but just to confirm there is no toothbrush and toothpaste. But you are supplied slippers, shower gel, shampoo conditioner and bottles of water.
We loved staying at Panco and will absolutely stay there again the next time we're back.
The location is excellent — a 5-8 minute walk to the Zhongshan MRT stop (red and green lines) but lots of buses even closer. There are lots of great food options and bars in the area, and there's a popular and well-stocked fruit vendor around the corner, which is a welcome addition to breakfast.
And speaking of breakfast, the hotel provides a wide variety of Taiwanese foods, which we really enjoyed. We stayed in Panco for two weeks and noticed that the breakfast changed almost every day. And in the evening, the hotel puts out water bottles and a variety of complimentary snacks.
The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very friendly and always available to help. They allowed us to stow our luggage there the morning we arrived and helped us call a cab when we were leaving.
The only downside, which we knew going in, was that the hotel room was very small. We could only open one suitcase at a time, and when the suitcase was open, we wouldn't be able to open the front door or bathroom door. But we didn't spend much time in the hotel room, and the lobby was always available (we even sat in the lobby one evening to play a small board game, drink a beer from 7-11, and eat takeout).
