I enjoyed coffee and pastries at The City Bakery located in the lobby. The location was extremely convenient to Yokohama train station as well as excellent shopping. I highly recommend and would gladly stay again!"

"Was a good stay and the in room onsen was a bonus. Breakfast and dinner were great though the dinner menu was very similar over the two nights we dined there. Service levels were consistently good though it's odd that they didn't clean our room on the second day. Overall it was a good enjoyable stay. P.S. while the hotel is near Gora station on paper, the walk there is incredibly exhausting with steep stairs and an endless incline. So if you're bringing young ones along, do take note."
