"Our stay was WONDERFUL! You can’t beat the location. We were four seniors that traveled from the States so long exhausting flight. The hotel had rooms available for early check-in so we were very grateful. Did I mention, we weren’t charged for early check-in? Fantastic hotel and staff—can’t brag about it enough!!"

"The room was very nice and clean. The was a Nespresso coffee machine to use with capsules that were topped each day which was really nice. The beds were comfy , the breakfast was really good, with omelettes made to order. Staff were very helpful. Would recommend and I old stay again. Thanks."

"The front desk and housekeeping staff were great! We arrived a couple hours before check in and they offered to take our bags. We were traveling with our toddler and I mentioned we had three large suitcases, a pack n play, and a car seat and they assured us it was no problem and our bags would be in our room when it was available. Someone came out to our car to load our luggage and sure enough when we got to our room it was there. Our room was very spacious and clean. When I checked in they asked if we needed a cot in the room and I said no. When we got to the room, it was there and after calling reception, someone was at our door in seconds to take it away. On our last trip to London we stayed with a big chain and had an awful experience so we did more research this time and we’re so glad we did! Not only will we stay at this location again but we even said “we may be Hyatt people now” after our stay. Honestly, zero complaints! "
