"It's a beautiful house for large groups with an excellent location. Great kitchen, comfortable beds. Great dining options within strolling distance. I probably wouldn't recommend for young children and older people because of the stairs, and the closest beach is not patrolled. There are also no blinds/curtains on the windows if you don't like to wake up early :-)"

Fingal Head, just South of the Qld border in NSW, is a great place to watch sunrise, sunset and stargaze. It can all be done with the lighthouse in mind. "We stayed here for two nights with two kids, one 6 the other almost 2. It's a great place for families, my oldest loved the water slides and the splash park. I do wish the pool was slightly bigger as it was very crowded. But the splash park was great. The cabin we stayed in was absolutely beautiful. It was the luxury villa and it was newly built, it has been furnished beautifully. We were very comfortable I wish we had stayed longer! It was quite pricey but I guess being school holidays that's expected. Overall a great stay and we will definitely be back! "
