Faro Blanco Resort Marathon Florida Keys, Curio by Hilton

"The room and dining were very good. Unfortunately a 20 to 30 people showed up at the pool with a boom box and coolers and were celebrating Fathers Day by eating cake and food in the pool along with the 5 or 6 unsupervised children jumping in and out of the pool. I know never to stay at this resort on a Sunday as the rest of the time we stayed was very good."

"We had one of the newer rooms that was beautifully decorated and spacious. The porch off of our room was also an added bonus! The food at the restaurant was delicious and the front desk ladies were an absolute joy! I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the bicycles were all unusable, some were missing petals, handgrips, chains weren't attached, tires were flat, and they were all rusted out. This was a huge disappointment because I was really looking forward to bicycling to the State park. The fishing pier was nice but they really need to put something up to provide for shade, this time of year it is too hot to stand in all sun. But I would stay there again for passing through."

"A Down-to-Realism Vacation Stay: Highly Recommended! My stay here was absolutely Excellent and I enjoyed every SINGLE DAY of it. Old Wooden Bridge Cottages & Marina (listed as a Resort on some websites) is the perfect spot if y'all are looking for a decently priced stay. To be realistic, it is not your expensive luxury Hilton-style hotel—but it is an excellent, authentic Keys experience .... We stayed in Cabin J7, which came with Beautiful views (especially Morning Time) and Convenient Private Parking. The Rooms were Great, Comfortable, and Very Clean & spacious. The Kitchen was Fully stocked with everything you need (cups, dishes, pots, and pans). Plus, there is a Winn-Dixie just down the road for easy grocery runs. We actually cooked so much that we had plenty of extra food, which we Shared with the Staff! This place is fully equipped for Boaters and Vacation getaways. They have a great Pool, Boat Ramp & Boat Trailer Parking, a dedicated Fish Cleaning Station & On-site Boat Fuel & Bait On our last day, we went fishing right on the Bridge and caught plenty of fish! As a bonus, there were a lot of beautiful Key Deer roaming around the property, which made my kids stay even more special. The Staff here are Great, Respectful, and Super Helpful. They truly made us feel welcome throughout our trip. I will absolutely be coming here again, and I’m already talking about it and recommending it to all. Affordable Keys getaway, this is it!"
